How do I receive my licence?
Your licence code and download instructions are emailed to you within minutes of payment. They're also in your order confirmation.
Can I check my files are recoverable before buying?
Yes. Download the free version from the official site and run a scan: if your files show up in the preview, this licence lets you recover them in full.
Can every deleted file be recovered?
Not always. Files that have been overwritten by new data can't be brought back, and SSDs with TRIM enabled often clear deleted data quickly. Stop using the affected drive as soon as you notice the loss to give yourself the best chance.
Where should I save recovered files?
Always to a different drive (for example an external USB drive), never to the drive you're recovering from.
What if my code doesn't activate?
Reply to your order email with a screenshot of the error and we'll help you activate it or replace the code.
