How to activate your licence

Your key arrives by email after payment. The exact steps depend on the publisher, so use the guide for your product below.

Before you start

  • Open the delivery email and copy the key exactly, including any hyphens.
  • Sign in to the publisher's site, or create a free account if you do not have one.
  • Use the region shown on your product page. A key marked Global works in the UK and most other countries.
  • Keep your order number. It is the fastest way for us to help if activation fails.
